Complex Consumer Litigation

BRIAN W. WARWICK

My litigation strategy is to fight as hard as I can for my clients and our position, while at the same time staying true to the law, the court, my opponents and the process. Too often, litigators take the adversarial nature of our profession and make the cases personal. I am proud to say that I have received a number of case referrals from several of my former opposing counsel. I enjoy the strategy involved in practicing consumer law and protecting consumer rights. I have argued many appeals and developed law that will protect consumers on several legal fronts for years to come.
